Mousse de Maracujá
Improvisada para um almoço em família.
Ingredientes:1 lata de polpa de maracujá
1 lata de leite condensado
2 pacotes de natas
Preparação: Num recipiente, bater o leite condensado com a polpa de maracuja. À parte, bater as natas em chantilly (eu não adicionei açúcar). Envolver as natas com a mistura de leite condensado e maracujá, sem bater. Para tornar a mousse ainda mais fofinha, misturar no chantilly uma clara de ovo batida em castelo. Servir bem fresca!!
